Problem with Frontpage 2002

I have Frontpage 2002 and recently the pages within their files have lost their code. The page is still there while in the preview mode but the code is gone when viewed in the HTML mode. If I try to make any changes to the pages in that are in files I will lose all of the code and the page will go blank. This only effects the pages inside folders ie. www.MySite.com/folder/

Pages that are not inside a folder are not effected at all. ie. www.MySite.com/page.htm

The only major changes that I have done to the site was to add a footer to the entire website.

Has anyone else had this problem if so what did you do to correct it?
