I have seen today my new website PR is update means it is now 1 from 0.
Is there any PR update?

ranks 1 point higher than before.
It has nothing to do with Google updating PageRank... this is your rank for that particular website.

1. The PageRank of the websites linking to you went down.
2. Websites with a high PageRank stopped linking to you.
3. Google saw attempts of artificially increasing your PageRank.
Let's look at it from another angle. A high PageRank isn't something that one can directly achieve, it is a result of doing something right. If the website you're referring to has valuable content, users will link to it, and your PageRank will climb. If you're deliberately trying to increase your PageRank and focus on it too much, there's a good chance it will backfire.

I just deleted your latest post, because it also contained a quite unnecessary link to your website. You can't use our site for SEO. So please don't do that in the future.
That being said, it might very well be right what you said there: PR 0 is an "Over Optimization Penalty". As your profile says (I left that out of my previous post" your company specialises in "SEO services" also, so you're the expert here.
But I don't think it's very smart to continue doing it in the post I deleted. Aren't you glad I did?
