Avoid JustHost - too much downtime

Based on the feedback provided earlier on this site and other Top 10 hosting sites, I decided to become a reseller with Justhost in August 2011. Initially, their service was very good, their 'chat' feature where by you can discuss your problems immediately with a customer service agent was very good. Their server was down once in October & November. However, I am very disappointed with their service now. Their server has been down 6 days out of the week. It is still down as I write. They have removed the online chat feature. Also, they had not mentioned anywhere on their website that they were rebuilding the RAID servers or when the servers were coming back online. It is only after I write to them repeatedly that I get a response and on average after about 3-4 hours later. I have some very angry customers and I am disappointed with their service. Obviously I am going to take my business with some other hosting company next year. Infact I would have moved now if only I had not paid upfront for a year's subscription in advance. My word is AVOID, AVOID AVOID Justhost. I am suffering and have made a big mistake!
