Earthlnk has gotten so bad!

I have been a loyal customer for 10 years. In the last month as I have been working to re-assign my domain to a differentr hosted site, I have been experiencing frustration after frustration. In teh end my latest issue they think was related to a server upgrade issue and teh best they can do is escalet and hav eit fixed in "24-72 hours". As long as my site is down I am losing money. Very bad techincal controls and service!
