question about spam on forums

Hey
I have a forum and i keep on getting spam posts. Today I went on one of the spam posts site and notice they have live chat help, so i decided and chat with them. They acted like they don't do this and lady said that she will tell her manager or something. I also saw this other site having a message board and so posted there about the spam i found on my site with their links. they said "we don't have anything to do with anyone that might be spamming your forums, but if you have further concerns please contact support directly:"
so my question is, is it just someone else spamming or are these website hiring people to spam on the forum and just acting like they don't know what i am talking about?

The usual antispam measures are bans, bad word lists and if it gets really bad, IP bans.

I think spam means whenever you replay the posts there any could be copy the some texts that in replay post that is called spam. I got spam message some sites.

Creating of messages that are advertisements, abusive, or otherwise unwanted on Internet forums its call FORUM Spam. It is generally done by automated spam-bots.

Will a robber claim himself as robber? Same principle will apply as well. Will a spammer claim himself as spammer? Definitely, not. But still we cannot reveal truth unless the evidences that never lies will speak for it. Spam is usually the abuse of electronic messaging systems that is send to unsolicited bulk messages indiscriminately.

You must also drop email to the, there are sometimes, there that people are recruited to do required job in such forums, that results in spam due there immaturity to certain technology.
