Never work with GoDaddy Again

I have been a web master for 13 years. My clients chose GoDaddy for their web host. While the web site was on the shared server during 2009 , the site would often-times die in the middle of the business day. We were then advised to purchase unlimited bandwidth in February 2010. Which we did and which did not solve the problem.
When I complained to GoDaddy about slow site performance once again, we were advised to upgrade to a Virtual Dedicated Server, which we did. This did help with the site performance until the site started crashing this time. Naturally I called GoDaddy support again.
For 11 days the site was having down. I called GoDaddy about one dozen times. After several reboots of the Virtual Dedicated Server, on May 15 I finally asked my best programmer to get on it right away. It took us 12 days of troubleshooting to finally get to level 2 GoDaddy support and solve the problem with a parent-node reboot. We will never work with them, nor should you ever again.
