has anybody used edirectory.com , they seem to be nice, but very very expensive

eDirectory.com - Huge money pit. Not worth it!!!!!

eDirectory is a huge money pit! Their support takes forever (I'm actually still waiting for them to get back to me and it's been 3 weeks). Their support also starts at $1,000 for the extra coding that YOU WILL NEED to customize your directory. I suggest you just hire a coder from the start and avoid the hassle.
