I am looking for a school, preferably with a campus in central Indiana, that teaches web development. Seems like all the schools have are web design that has minimal focus on server technology, programming languages, etc and more focus on graphics and marketing.

Anyone know of any schools or at least places that have individual programming courses?

There are, in fact, lots of schools that teach advance web development, you can actually "Google it." However, base from my own experience, you can also learn lots of techniques outside from school. First, there are one-on-one tutorials. Second there are online instructions available.

i think google would answer you the best ,
though i think certain sites such as usnews.com are good to find the relevant schools

The problem is...

When I "Google it" as people so often recommend, I tend to get 900 online schools who say "we are the best because of our...teachers...programs...nuclear toaster wipes...whatever...I was looking for someone to say "I went to XYZ school and here is my experience.

And there are so many affiliate sites out there saying these schools are awesome because they are PAID to say they are awesome.

Just saying.

I have recently found a local pro who is simply teaching me one on one, so I pretty much have what I need.

It's often best to go to an IT training company than to a college because of the level of expertise of the former.
