How to re-size browser window sans Javascript?

I have a form on my website hosted by ymlp.com, and when someone clicks the "Submit" button, I want a small window to pop up. When I click "Submit" the correct window pops up but not at the correct size.
Normally, I would use javascript on the page that holds the link to the popup and the data for window size would be contained there, but using the form on ymlp.com, I can only provide a link that opens when someone clicks "Submit" and can't find a way to control size through their site. Is there a way to control the size of the browser in the popup window rather than the preceding window? Any other solutions for the problem? It seems like such an easy, basic thing to do, but I can't figure it out!

Does that make sense?
