For example, I have a few applications that people log into and these are coded in Visual C#, VB6 and other languages that I could capture the minimize event and when that happens the app could show again and thus prevent what you ask.
But reading your post all that you may have to do is ask your programmer to implement that.

hello friends..
im doing online test application.
here im facing one big issue..
when candidate entered into test screen it's allowing to open another another screen..how to restrict this..i need solution like when the user finish/complete the test it will allow the user to do normal operations.. how to disable all other activites..

Your APPLICATION would do this, not the SYSTEM. The words are important here and your programmer would make this happen as that is where it gets done. Have your "coder" ask here.
