Save As dialog box - "Save As Type"

I have created a logo in an online website and need to download the logo. When I select the download button, the Save As dialog box opens, I then enter the name I want for the file and the Save As Type shows 'All Files.' There is no such Type as All Files. Usually the Save As Type has several options to choose from. I have tried saving an image from another website and it gives the option of .jpg and All Types.

The particular website where I created the logo says I need to save the logo with a .PNG extension which I can't do because the Save As dialog box only shows All Files.

Update to my question - resolved

I tried the download again, when the dialog Save As box came up and Save As Type, I clicked on Save and the download / save was successful and the file logo was saved as .PNG. I just did not take the extra step when I saw All Files and wanted to see .PNG. So all is well.
