After Windows update requiring reboot, I get:
BSOD STOP 0x0000007B
immediately after Windows logo screen.
Tried different boot options;
safe, last working config etc to no avail.
BSOD after logo, in every case.
Disk tests OK, No virus found.
Environment:
Windows XP Professional SP 3, Sony Vaio laptop,
no peripherals connected during boot attempts.
Helpful tips, suggestions, ideas much appreciated.
