AVG often detects fals alarm! or sotware here are infected?

recently i dowloaded "copy protect" trail version but AVG deleted this imidiately. there are also other downloaded software from Cnet which AVG delets. are the software checked before uploading to cent? or avg is not capable of recognizing good from bad.
if anyone knows about it please let me know. thank u all
