Software to Monitor user time logged onto a system

Hello,

I'm upgrading a PC and the new unit runs XP. I use the pc to run a piece of equipment and need to monitor the time each windows user is logged on.

I need to produce a monthly report with total time used by each user for billing. I don't care about any other stats, just time lgged onto WIndows.

Anyone know of a program or way to do this in XP (not network connected)?
