Audio Driver

Dtr. bought a used computer and audio driver seems to be missing. Dell w/Windows XP Pro Corporate Edition Version Sp 3-final E2200 @ 2.20GHz Intel Pentium Dual CPU 2.15 GHz 1.98 GB Ram

Sound Audio Device Properties = NO Audio Device however there is an audio card because I have speakers plugged into it. Has various audio and media devices. Some with exclamation points.

Can someone help me get sound on this unit?

The Pro Corporate version comes with stellar support from your office.

It's proper for sound and a lot more to not work so ask your IT staff to do their job.

This is a home computer. It was bought used. She did not know exactly what to look for and I wasn't around when she bought it.

It's one of those problems folk tend to get very upset about. That is, no CD, some Corporate software installed and then troubles.

If they don't have the proper OS, find one and then it gets better.
