i have 2 OS on c drive i got winxp; on d drive i installed ubuntu if i uninstalled winxp will it remove my drivers as well?will ubuntu still start with those drivers?

1. You can't uninstall an OS.
2. Ubuntu doesn't use the xp drivers. It has its own on the d:

However, if you remove the (partition on) the c:-drive, you'll remove the information that the machine needs to boot into the remaining copy of Ubuntu. So you would have to reinstall that, probably, and/or physically switch the disks.
