"wlancfg5.exe - Entry Point Not Found" What does this mean?

When I startup my Dell Optiplex 745 (Wind. XP Prof. SP3),
on the dsktp screen, a window pops up w/the heading: "wlancfg5.exe - Entry Point Not Found". Undernth that it reads: "The procedure entry point ?AcsWsNotifyProfileChange@@YAHJPBD@Z could not be located in Dynamic Link Library athofg11.dll." After pressing "OK", the system does let me continue, but I wondered what it was about? As I recall, the window started popping up, after I had installed the software/hardware for the NETGEAR WPN311 Wireless PCI card, which by the way, has also been uninstalled. Any ideas? Thank you in advance.
