How to get rid of trojans

Any suggestions on how to get rid of trojans? Whenever my friend searches via yahoo, google, etc, and she clicks on something in the results page, it will bring up something random instead of the webpage she actually wanted.. I've already scanned with Malware Bytes, House Call and also ran her antivirus AVG. It did find some infected files but it still is happening. Any suggestions and/or additional programs I should try?

Follow the steps from Grif to rid the computer of unwanted pests. If there is a specific threat that this method does not eradicate, then give the file name suspected to get additional help.

It may use for you to remove trojan
