Help with INTERNET

PLEASE HELP! when I click internet to open a properties window shows up, HOW do I get internet to open properly! AND my keryboard is not working either I think it because of this

What browser and version? What type of properties window, what does it say? XP what version?

With that Porperties window open

With that window open and the Shortcut tab displayed, find the button that says "Open File Location" and click.

A Windows Explorer window will open with the iexplore.exe file highlighted. Click (or double click) that for Internet Explorer.

i click on internet, the shortcut tab is open. I click find target, i click on explore Internet Explorer( its selected) but then i get another window with general tab, version, compatibility, digital signatures and summary. It still isnt working

Seems you right clicked in stead of left clicked. That can have 3 reasons:
1. You clicked right.
2. Something wrong with your mouse.
3. The mouse settings are to interchange left and right click.

Depending on the reasons:
1. Use the other button.
2. Use another mouse.
3. Use the correct settings.
