When I enable SRP, why is there a pop up error? (Comodo)

I am using Windows XP SP2, on a LUA/SuRun (Limited) account with SRP enabled. I am having problems with Comodo CIS.
In GPEDIT.MSC > ... Software Restrictive Policy > Enforcement
If the setting are set to [x] All software files
[x] All users except local admin
When I right click on My Computer (and many other icons), there is an error that pops up
"rundll32.exe - Application Error"
Now if I change the SRP settings to [x] All software files except libraries(Such as DLLs)
Comodo works fine and no pop up error.
Does anyone know how I can have the SRP setting at [x] All software files, so that there is no "Rundll32.exe" popup error? (These are the maximum SRP settings which work fine without Comodo.)
Thank you in advance!
