I would like to disable my laptop speakers but still have m

I would like to disable my laptop speakers but still have my headphones work & it should be using admin setting.This is because I don't want to use laptop speaker to any other person in any way.
Is there anyway i can disable my laptop speakers at all times whether i have headphones in or not.

For years I would unplug the speakers inside the machine and the job was done.
