make (Dell, HP, Compaq, Acer, etc.) and model of the computer so we can't check to see if this is a systemic problem or not.
It was suggested you clean the computer and update the video drivers but you don't seem to have done that.
Have you gone into the Control Panel and selected the Power Options applet and set the power scheme to NEVER shut down the monitor?
You have to ANSWER these questions and suggestions so we know what you have actually tried - we are NOT mind readers.
