I'm Having a REALLY HARD TIME /Drivers on a Dell Dim.2400

It's been a couple of weeks now, and I can't seem to find a solution for my Drivers, from site to site.
I have a used Dell Dimension 2400, so I decided to reinstall WIndows XP Pro.
After I had done that, I could not longer connect to Dial Up Internet (through Net Zero for $9.95/month)
When I installed the net Zero Software it told me that it could not detect the Modem/No driver installed on the system.
In the DEVICE MANAGER I see Under OTHER (With the yellow ?!):
Ethernet Controller
Multimedia Audio Controller (X2)
PCI Input Device
PCI Bus Controller
Video Controller
The Hardware Helper Scan tells me that I need These Drivers:
Broadcom 440 Integrated Controller Drivers
Intel Chipset Software Installation Utility
Analog Devices ADI Integrated Audio Drivers
Intel Chipset S.I.U.
Intel Graphics Media Acceleration Drivers
On the Dell Site, I could find these Drivers:
Intel Chipset Software Installation Utility
Analog Devices ADIX 198 Integrated Audio Drivers and;
Broadcom Driver 4401 Integrated N.I.C. (I think is the one?)
But since I can't use the Dell and Download with my Dell, I've been using other computers, like the library, and a friends laptop, etc. and when I try to download these drivers from the Dell Site, it tells me that I need .NET Framework, and when I try to install that from these other computers it won't install.......
What can I do to get my Dell 2400 working again, or get the drivers for it? Or try another approach on getting it to work. I'm Hoping if I could get it to connect to the net, I will be homefree and be able to automatically install/update the drivers.
Please, if anyone can help, and give me some EASY instructions like:
Click Start
Right Click My computer
Click Properties
Click Hardware
Click Device Manager, etc. That would be greatly appreciated.
Thanking you all in advance for you help,
dmmackay
