TrayApp.msi is Missing install window pop up continuously

My girlfriend lost the CD installation for her HP Deskjet F2280.
So we cannot resolve the installer issue witch keep poping up and asking the file "TrayApp.msi". actualy I have downloaded the setup application but it is a ONLY "SETUP" file alone.
so no way to find in it the missing file.
Can I download that file some where?

1. Call HP and order a replacement CD or let them tell you a special download location.
2. Do the uninstall and 'minimal install' as described near the end of http://www.help2go.com/Tutorials/Windows_Errors/My_PC_Keeps_Asking_Me_for_TrayApp.msi.html
3. Run Microsofts own Windows Installer Cleanup wizard to get rid of this. Free download.
