binding port 80 to an ethernet card

i have 2 Ethernet cards. her is the config
desktop
eth0-router-modem-internet
eth1-router-self contained network

laptop
wireless-wireless router-router-modem-internet
eth1-router-self contained network

windows xp sp3
comodo internet security/windows defender
both computers are same in this respect

my main server specs
160gb hdd
no internet connection
384mb of ram
pentium 2 slot1 processor 266mhz
runs debian etch


now how do i tell windows not to use port 80 (or the internet ports at all) on eth1

I suggest checking your comodo internet security/windows defender software if it can block port 80 (and 443 while you're at it) at a particular network card. You really cannot bind any OSI layer 4-7 protocols to an ethernet card, only OSI layer 3, but you can block any OSI layer 4-8 protocol if your firewall has the capability.
