Computer Listed in MSHOME not accessible on network

I have five computers, all running Windows XP. Two are laptops and three are desktops. I am using a Netgear wireless router (WPN824 v3). The 2 Laptops are on wireless connections and the 3 Desktops are on wired LAN connections. I have good internet connections on all five machines. The desktop PCs are all visible on MSHOME and connect properly with each other and one of the laptops. I can view the remaining laptop in MSHOME on all four of the other computers, but cannot connect to it. When I attempt to access this computer I get the error message "_____ is not accessible. You might not have permission to use this network resource. Contact the administrator of this server to find out if you have access permissions. The network path was not found." What makes this situation especially maddening is that the laptop in question can see and access ALL four other computers. So in a nutshell, I have a laptop that can see and access the other four computers, but cannot BE accessed by ANY of them,(even though it shows up in the MSHOME folder of all four). All computers have the same workgroup name- MSHOME. I have run the network wizard on all five machines. The problem occurs whether the firewall is enabled or not. Since this laptop can access all the other machines, connectivity would not seem to be an issue. I would appreciate any ideas on how to deal with this problem.
