Internet Explorer -7 not able browse properly

Hi Guys,

I am troubled with IE 7 for a long. If try to scroll down the browser , it doesnot coming down to see properly instead it going up. It is annoying me lot. what reason it could be?

Any help would be highly appreciated!!!

When you scroll down does it look like it tried to scroll, and then when you move over the page you start seeing parts of the page from further down?

I had that problem when trying to run two high resolution monitors off a card that was really only meant for 1 low resolution. Try lowering the screen res?

You could also try reinstalling IE.
