Can not access E Mail links in O-Express

System --XP H0me SP 2--Sys.Mech.6 Proff.--Kasperley Anti Virus--Windows Firewall---.Wirelessed to Vita home on Gateway laptop.

E Mail downloads ok but I can not get links on the page to operate.
IE. News letter from shopping channel downloads and I can not view the Items on it as the links change colour but do not work.

I have checked A.Virus and Firewalls etc but there is no evidence of them blocking.

Any Help would be appreciated !!

Can not access Email lins in Outlook Express ?

Just to say Thanks to Kees Bakker for his help in putting me on the right track.
I cured the problem using a similar link from Microsoft.
