Desktop Background problems. Help!

Hello,

For some strange reason, my desktop background is now the color black, even though I have right-clicked several images and chosen to "set as desktop background."

Here's what I've done...

- Right click the desktop and then select "properties"
- When "display options" comes up, I click on "desktop"

Then, to the left, there are several options for background images, but it will not let me scroll or click on them. The only active option is the "color" option. I don't want a color, I want to select an image. Why can't I access the images available under "display options > desktop"? It seems as if they're locked or something. This just started happening a couple days ago.

Are there any NO words in they Registry branch?

NoChangeDesktop, NoChangeWallpaper, NoClose, NoDesktop, NoFind, NoRun and more "No" words in might be found in
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\Explorer

What's in yours?
