windows cannot load drivers etc. troub shoot says disconnect and reconnect- dunnit - no good - cant find new drivers that work

Google is a good place to start.
If you don't know the make of the CD/DVD drives, download Belarc Advisor, and run it. It will list all the components, hardware and software, of your system so you can Google them.
Alternatively, go to the PC makers web page and lookup your computer make and model number there for software/driver updates.

could not work out how to remove the upper and lower filters with tweakui. windows support has a product called "guided help"
I presume that it is the same thing. I just down loaded the file and installed it, then one click and wullah, its done. thanks for your help
