Rouge intruder

Well, for one day all was working well on both of my computers. It seems after I shut down the system till the next time, there is always a problem again. When it was working, I was getting excellent connection and it was set to default. now, after booting up again, there was a message that the connection has the word 'rogue' instead of default on my laptop. The tech told me that it has made a connection to a nearby party. The connection did say "low'. He told me that I had to go to the maker of my router and find out how to get rid of the rogue party. Getting them on the phone is near impossible. I do notice now, that with this problem, my usb wireless adapter is somehow making contact cause the light on it keeps flickering...but when I try to sign on AOl, i get an error and the same for my browser. So why then is the adapter still blinking?

In Network Conections R Click the affected connection and click Repair

Reconfigure your wireless WiFi to detect and connect only to "default". It seems that the WiFi wireless adapter is now set to detect and connect to "all available Networks" or/and "automatically connect to non-prefered networks. "Rouge" is probably the name of a nearby wireless private Network. (I have detected such with names like SPAM, HELL, EXCON, HACK, GOD ....) To reconfigure, try right click the wireless wifi icon ->Properties ->connections... ...
