Please Help

i searched my computer for viruses with AVG and it said i had trojan horse lop Q but then a few hours later i clicked avg again and the virus never showed up and i scanned the next day and it never showed up but im sure something is wrong with my computer because everytime i click I.E it freezes and when people send me things it freezes but it never used to do this iv cheked for spywere and i dont have none

Look with BHODEMON and consider that none are required for IE to work.
