ow do you normally connect to the internet? Do you have a Wireless Router - if so I would be inclined to check the connection protocols between your machine and the router. If your computer is hard-wired to the telephone, check the protocols again, and if it's a USB Broadband modem, try uninstalling the driver, then follow the instructions for a new setup, that should help.

I said it's a long shot, that's because you haven't given any information to work on. Basically what we need to get an idea of what your machine is, type and so on you'll find on my profile, it's also a good idea to show what sort of Anti-virus system and spyware systems you have as well, you never know when they'll be needed.

If you do that, then in future, all you need to do when you need help is say "for computer specs, see my profile".

You do need these details because a problem can have several different causes, so the more we have to go on the better.

Try looking at the wireless router end of your connection system, also try checking to see if your system is free of parasites that may block any attempt to correct this.

Another thing, please don't take it wrong, but it IS a good idea to put your computer specs on your profile, see mine for an idea of what I mean, as it helps us to give you a bettter idea of which way to go and possibly even opens new avenues of apprach to the problem.
