Tip: If you are asking for help to troubleshoot a computer-related problem, please be sure to include all the necessary information (ie: operating system, model number, hardware, software, etc) that will help others identify your problem for a speedy resolution.
Think about your post. Would you be able to help someone given what you've written? You left out far too many details to even hazard a guess as to what's wrong. For instance, you could have loaded XP and have no Antivirus, are unaware of the Blaster, Nachi, Welchia WORMS that can invade the system even with a current antivirus. This goes on and on, but in short, you could try SYSTEM RESTORE to when it worked, but give so little clues to work with, it's all that can be offered along with the note above and a request you tell more. A story too?
