Reinstall Win ME

My Win Me has started to act real Flacky. Are there any special instructions for Reinstalling? Or do you just put in the Win Me CD and go from there? I want to do it right the first time! I have a Dell L 566 cx. My wife has an eMachine with XP that is a lot more stable.

I usually don't have to reinstall. I find and eject the spyware today and that's this year's plague.

window me not working corrrectly

I am having trouble with errors (stmgt missing in wintrust.dll)
also my ie is running so slow and will not give me history when I roll the mouse over items. I was hoping I could reinstall and that might fix the problem. or uninstall and install again.
