Backup capability within WINDOWS ME

I'm using WINDOWS ME and I've been told that WINDOWS ME has a file backup capability.
I've searched all the PROGRAMS with no luck.
Does WINDOWS ME have backup capability?
If so, how does one find that program???

It's on the Retail Windows ME CD.

It's called MSBACKUP but does not work proper with CD or DVD recorders. Since it's from about 1998 and has seen no updates, your CD recording software is superior.
