How to reinstall windows me after DBAN

My sister finally got a new computer, windows 7, great. Now she wants to give her old computer to her daughter for her son to use. But she wants me to wipe it clean in case it winds up who knows where. I assume I am looking at real trouble here. First, I have never used DBAN, hopefully its a non-issue. Next, I see that I can use a free program like driver magician lite to get the drivers, so far so good. I do have the CD for windows me, so were OK there. And I assume I can't get the hot fixes for windows me, since its not supported. So, any other issues to be concerned about or maybe a different way to approach the task.
