connect/disconnect on CS7 via Netgear

I have Compuserve 7. Recently, I began to access CS7 via netgear rather than via dialup. The response is very fast but after a brief period, CS7 freezes. How can I prevent that?

If you are using Compuserve 7 via dialup and, after installing Netgear, you are experiencing difficulty in accessing CS7, you probably can solve the problem by DELETING the CS7 dial-up connectivity devices.
