I'll post the contents of your forum mail here. I hope somebody else can help you with this additional information.

"In MSN money, you can research a stock. They had a note to install a delux screener on the bottom of a page. Tried. Didn't work. Now it keeps trying to install but can't finish. Can't find any files, programs or icons to uninstall. Thanks for trying to help. I can get really lost trying to navigate around windows. Only previous experience I had was tracking 1's & 0's around in a computer with a drum memory."

Maybe it helps to uninstall and reinstall MSN Money? Or tell more about "didn't work", because if you know the cause of that it might work and the error message might disappear.
By the way, this is not a specific Windows ME problem, so this is more or less the wrong forum. Try PC Applications or Computer Help.
