imate jaq master reset

i have a i_mate jaq pocket pc unfortunately i moved the windows folder to the micro sd card but now i m not able to move it back to main memory since the set has stopped working as when i pressed the windows key it does not show any applications i tried to move it by connecting through pc byt it said
"access denied"and the mobile becomes dead so plz tell me wat to do now to get it in working condition
