Palm seems to be having issues embracing Wifi. I don't consider them a contender. And I write some Palm applications. Here's my demo code site -> http://www.geocities.com/palmpass/index.html
Second WARNING! -> The Sandisk WiFI card will never work in the Treo 600/650. And most any other Palm. There is no cure.
Third WARNING! -> Even if you get a Palm with Wifi that works, you may be less than thrilled with what you can do since the browser is rather anemic.
Suggestion. I strongly suggest you get a demo of the Dell x30 and x50 with wifi.

Thanks Bob. I think I'm gonna get the Dell X30 624mHz. I originally wanted Palm OS so my buddies could beam me there medical software. However, it seems the Windows CE is catching up in the medical software/ e-reference areas so I'll just pay for the software. X30 looks to be a quality handheld

I disagree with Proffitt. I own an Palm C and its Wi-Fi works very well. As with any other small device, some sites support the Palm better than others. I use Yahoo! as my default site and it comes thru very well.
The Tungsten C is from another time.

Another time in Palm's development history. http://www.infosyncworld.com/reviews/n/3479,2.html notes that for Wifi, it does "work".
Why is this model the exception?
The designers at PalmOne can't seem to be able to get this Wifi down pat now.
