Is there a good utility for uninstalling software?

I have a program on my Windows 7 computer that I can't get rid of. It's RCA easyRip, a utility that came with an RCA/Pearl TH1702-A MP3 player. The RCA-provided method for removal is Start-All Programs-RCA easyRip-Uninstall RCA easyRip. This procedure doesn't work. Neither does the Windows Control Panel uninstall. I can't even update the player's firmware to see if that helps, because it won't update unless I downgrade IE to IE 8 (or 6 or 7). I need a utility that uninstalls programs. Is there one?

Sorry but some folk slam these apps if it fails to eject an app. There's always the old manual removal.

Thanks. Revo took it out (and a couple of other "volunteers" I noticed when I was in the remove-programs screen.) Glad it did, 'cause I don't know exactly what you mean by "manual" removal, unless you mean delete the files/directories and then mess with the registry. But I'm good to go now.

My usual manual uninstall.

You got the delete files part right but I rarely use the registry editing. I use something like CCLEANER or REVO to remove items from the Add/Remove Programs List (that's a list, nothing more!)
