HOW DO I UNINSTALL MICROSOFT CLICK-N-RUN

This is my problem, I can no longer open Microsoft Word Starter & this is a major problem also when I put a CD disk in to install a program and it wont even read the disk. HELP ME PLEASE I NEED THIS ISSUE FIXED ASAP. I have Windows 7 on a emachine

I see three problems in your post
1. You want to uninstall Microsoft's click-to-run (assuming http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/products/what-is-click-to-run-HA101868855.aspx is what you mean)
2. You can't open Microsoft Word Starter
3. The PC won't read cd's.

This seem to be three issues. How are they related and which of the three do you wish help with?
