How can I reach Abdio Reader support? My emails fail.

I, probably mistakenly, purchased Abdio Reader in hopes of converting RTF to Word documents. I can't seem to get it to work. I have attempted to email Abdio at it's support email and have had my efforts fail for each of the four or five attempts over the past several days. I may also need help in cleaning it from my PC and in getting a refund if I can't make it work.

Here, in Microsoft Word, LibreOffice's Writer those can be opened and then saved as Word documents. Since this is native to Word and the FREE LibreOffice, why bother with Abdio?

RTF documents already can be read by MS Word. No need to convert them. And if you don't have MS Word or a compatible office program, Wordpad (included in Windows) can read them also.

But I think you mean pdf in stead of rtf. That's quite something else. However, on www.abdio.com/abdio-pdf-reader.html I see it's just a reader/printer, not a converter to anything. So it won't work for what you want. And since they didn't add Windows 7 to the list of supported OS'es (it ends with Vista) it doesn't seem they are actively maintaining the program and the site. So better use another reader!

However, they also have a pdf-editor that says it can edit pdf-documents and save it as doc. If that's the program you mean, I'm afraid abdio is the only one who can help you, especially if "it can't seem to get it to work" is the most detailed error you can provide on forums.
If ever buying another program, choose one that offers a trial period.
