I've had this software for years, every time I have upgraded I have had to battle them to get them to send the license. This time I bought the (vip) package, got the usual, we sent your license notice. No email. Submitted two tickets, no response though they did take their payment. Their forum says use the download license feature through the software. That doesn't work. They don't respond to tickets. does anyone know their us address so I can file a BBB complaint? I'll dispute the purchase with Visa and my bank if I have to. I am just amazed that since 2008 I have had this same problem with every upgrade. Thanks for any help.
