Programming Autorun.inf to OPEN Folder from thumb-drives

I realize these forums may not be for power-users, but perhaps someone out there can find this answer by checking their own system:

I want to create an AUTORUN.INF on my thumbdrive that will open a specific folder. I tried coding

OPEN=EXPLORER.EXE F:\MYFOLDER\

but that doesnt work.

If you dont know the answer offhand, please do a search on your system of all autorun.inf files containing text "EXPLORER.EXE" and that may locate an answer on the proper syntax. Thanks.

Given the exploits over the past few years, most machines will no long autorun from USB sticks. However did you try the Select option noted at http://support.microsoft.com/kb/130510
