Windows Desktop Icon Organizer

Have read CNET articles in last couple weeks about a free app that allows you to organize Windows desktop icons. Name of app was a single word - but I can't remeber what it was - or find it. Beleive writeup was "5 best/indespensible free Windows apps" or something of that nature. Can anyone tell me the name of this highly recommended app? Thanks.

I've seen "Fences" mention recently in a CNET Newsletter.

I have tried ZShortcutManager, and do not recommend it. I do not like it & can find no way to uninstall it. The app's home page has a support link but they do not respond. Makes me suspicious.

And just to check, their support, minimal as it is, is an email address support(a)zalentino.com really is support@zalentino.com

But I doubt they are going to respond. No Help on their web page, no proper About Us, no installation/uninstall, no FAQ, nothing much at all.

Google shows mainly Chinese or Japanese web sites for ZShortcutManager, but there may be one clue.

I assume you are using Windows and if so, check MSCONFIG to see if there is an entry in the Startup tab for "zshortcutmanager.exe" or anything like ZShortcutmanager. If so, remove the tick, click Apply, then OK. Then reboot.
