Has anyone had any success in getting any support from Live Pim, the makers of Desktop Mirror application for synchronizing Outlook to Palm handheld device? I purchased the lastest version of Desktop Mirror and I am having an issue with syncrhonazation. I have numerous emails to their support desk email and have not received any replies.

As a PalmOS author of some apps I find that while you can buy the apps, support is gone.

I do know how to sync PalmOS and Outlook but your post is missing all the fine details so I can't offer what was going wrong.

I emailed LivePim to ask if they offered technical support, and they replied within 24 hours that they did. I bought the product, it didn't work, and so I emailed them for support. No response. It appears they'll take your money, send you a non-working product, and that's the end of it.

I'm having the EXACT same experience with them. We purchased the Desktop Mirror for Outlook/Lotus Notes and need support. Emailed all 3 accounts that they provide and nothing - this is ridiculous...

I emailed the company who processed my payment (you got a confirmation email from them. Visit their web site). I explained the situtation. They made several attempts to raise the folks at LivePIM by email, CCing me each time. No response. I reqiested a refund to my card and got it.

There are people at LivePIM who will answer emails, and try to make the sale. If you have problems, then you're on your own sad They don't respond.
