I've tried to download and install paint.NET unsuccessfully 12 times. The file transfers. Is nowhere to be found.The Wizzard Zip installer does not appear automatically. I get the OPEN dialogue box which when pressed transfers the 3.5 MB but I get no RUN dialogue box and can not find the file anywhere. When I saved it once to the desktop and opened it it was an Explorer file and when opened just kept replicating a navagation page. I have downloaded and retarted the Framework.NET update 4.0 Any solutions? ( I gotta run now ...will be back in several hours)
