Is there a free, good way to get an American IP? If, how?

Hi guys.
I remember that there was a tool called ProxyWay I used a while back, but it seems it has a lot of issues.
The purpose of this is simple: I want to be able to play a free mmorpg ("Vindictus") that isn't available outside of the USA yet, anyone that tries to connect outside of the USA gets an IP ban. I'm not sure which level of encryption, security, sneakiness or whatever is required or if it is possible at all, but this is my goal. Of course, speed would also be important or else playing wont be much fun.
If possible I don't want to spend good money on a service like VPN, so does anyone know about free, good alternatives? You would have my thanks.

that Forum Policy prevents us from helping to circumvent restrictions placed by web site admins, software developers, and so on.

So we can't help and to prevent others here from inadvertently contravening Forum Policy , I must lock this thread.
